At The EX, all products are made-to-order and printed specifically for each customer after an order is placed. As a Print-on-Demand business, we do not maintain ready-made inventory. Each product is manufactured exclusively for the customer who places the order.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

1. Replacement Eligibility

We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or different from the item ordered, you may be eligible for a replacement.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence of the issue. We may also request an unboxing video to assist with verification.

Upon approval of the claim, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

2. Refund Eligibility

As all products are custom-made and produced specifically for each order, refunds are generally not available once production has begun.

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

• The ordered item cannot be replaced due to stock or production limitations.

• The shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier partner.

• A verified manufacturing defect cannot reasonably be resolved through replacement.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Incorrect size selected by the customer.

• Preference for a different color, style, or design.

• Incorrect shipping address provided during checkout.

• Minor color variations caused by differences in screen displays and device settings.

• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

4. Size Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before placing an order.

As each product is manufactured specifically for the selected order specifications, we cannot offer free replacements, exchanges, or refunds for sizing issues resulting from an incorrect size selection.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production has commenced.

Once an order enters the printing or fulfillment stage, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated as the product is already being manufactured specifically for the customer.

6. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational disruptions, or high seasonal demand.

Delivery delays alone shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Return-to-Origin (RTO) Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, or refusal of delivery, the order may be reshipped upon payment of applicable shipping charges.

Refunds are not available for Return-to-Origin orders.
